Terms of Service

1. About This Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you, the customer ("Customer", "you"), and Crew Manager ("we", "us", "our"). By registering for or using the Crew Manager platform, you agree to these Terms in full.

The person completing registration confirms they are an authorised representative of the organisation named at signup and has authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of that organisation.

2. The Service

Crew Manager provides a cloud-based workforce management platform for scheduling, employee management, shift assignment, payroll preparation, and related operational functions for staffing businesses.

3. Free Trial

New companies receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment method is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will be suspended unless you subscribe to a paid plan. Trial data is retained for 30 days after suspension before deletion.

4. Subscription and Payment

After the trial period, Crew Manager is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Pricing is displayed at crewmanager.eu/pricing. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. Irish VAT at the applicable rate will be applied to companies in the Republic of Ireland.

5. Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of all data you input into Crew Manager. We process your data as a data processor on your behalf. You are the data controller for your employees' personal data. Our full data processing practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

Upon cancellation, you may export your data at any time. Following account closure, we will delete your data within 90 days unless legal obligations require longer retention.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Crew Manager to: (a) process data unlawfully or without appropriate consent; (b) violate any applicable law including employment law; (c) attempt to circumvent security measures; (d) resell or sublicense the service without written permission.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers or force majeure events.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in that period. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
